Why are so many people suffering from depression, and notice how drugs are the most common answer rather than going within and addressing the real problem.
Now, this is interesting and it seems to corroborate a feeling or intuition I’ve been harboring eversince I embarked on my own journey of research as to what exactly is at play in my own ill-directed, ill-fated life (and this journey started some five years prior to receiving my C-PTSD diagnosis in 2013, a finding, I also have strong doubts about, but less so than in other areas of previous diagnoses and findings by the medical community).
It is my guess that what they will find at some point is a strong correlation of upbringing and ingrained belief systems along with nutrition (the latter even more so than a patient’s previous life history). Actually, I think you can pretty much find answers yourself by employing your own common sense, something, which you should never allow them to take away from you based on apparently weak science and malicious, greedy politics…. But see for yourself, if so inclined.
